The Process

Borrower Clicks Apply!
The borrower is taken to a secure form where they are presented with creating an account or loging in with an existing account.

Borrower Fills out 1003 Prequal!
Once logged in they can retrieve a previously incomplete loan or start a new loan. The application process is broken down into 8 simple steps making it easy to fill out.

Loan Officer Recieves the Secure 1003 Prequal!
The loan officer gets an email notification that he has a new loan ready to be reviewed. He can securely download the fannie mae 3.2 file to his computer.

Import Prequal into LOS System!
The loan file is in a Fannie Mae 3.2 format. This file can be imported into an LOS system that supports this file format.

Start Processing!
After the loan is successfully imported the loan officer can start processing the loan in the LOS system. Simple as that!

MortgageWebApp.com can be setup to pull credit through certain providers. Originators will receive credit report, scores through secure medium. Credit reference ID allows for easy re-issue of credit report without having to pull credit again into LOS programs.

MortgageWebApp.com allows borrower to upload document during the application process.
